This facility currently handles waste from the Lorient Agglom\u00e9ration area and the Blavet Bellevue Oc\u00e9an community of communes, representing a population of approximately 224,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The expansion of the collection area, with the potential inclusion of waste from the Auray Quiberon Terre Atlantique region \u2013 representing nearly 86,000 additional residents \u2013 results in a significant increase in the volume of waste to be processed, exacerbated by strong seasonal demand during the summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To meet these challenges, Lorient Agglom\u00e9ration has launched a project to modernise the sorting centre in order to adapt the facility to these new requirements in terms of capacity, performance and sorting quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-bleu-fonc-setec-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5\"><strong>DETAILED MISSIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>setec \u00e9nergie environnement<\/strong> is involved in all aspects of design & construction supervision and coordination for projects, adopting an integrated approach that covers technical, regulatory and operational aspects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>General coordination of the project;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of the ICPE application file;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design studies for the fire package;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring of design work in PRO and EXE phases; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Production of the 3D model synthesis;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scheduling, management and coordination (OPC) of the construction site;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organisation of expert visits throughout the construction work;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Checking of As-Built Records (DOE);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reception Operations Assistance (ROA) \u2013 buildings, utility services, electricity, fire safety and process; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrying out performance tests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The traceability of construction waste is ensured by our subsidiary <a href=\"https:\/\/revoco.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Revoco by Setec<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n
