As part of this project, setec \u00e9nergie environnement was commissioned by Ellalink at the request of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.splang.fr\/\">SPLANG<\/a> (a subsidiary of the Guyane Territorial Collectivity) to obtain the preliminary permits such as the concession to use the Maritime Public Domain and the environmental permit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-bleu-fonc-setec-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5\"><strong>DETAILED MISSIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setec \u00e9nergie environnement submitted a concession dossier for the use of the Maritime Public Domain and an environmental authorization dossier under the Water Act, after optimizing the route according to heritage issues and socio-economic aspects. setec \u00e9nergie environnement met in contact with the state services in Cayenne as well as local actors (fishermen) in order to present the project and carry out a preliminary regulatory framework. Advice and expertise for the client, notably regarding heritage issues (such as for the sea turtles) and socio-economic aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
