Context
Nantes Métropole La Montagne landfill has been fully reconstructed to meet current waste management challenges, improve user reception conditions, and achieve environmental performance. The project is part of a demanding program, incorporating new features and an optimized organization of the flows.
DETAILED MISSIONS
setec énergie environnement is the representative of a multi-competence group (Cohea, Arro Engineering and Fondouest) whose objective is to adapt the site so that it complies with regulations, is functional and can evolve.
The project management mission includes:
- Overall design of the waste disposal site reconstruction project;
- Integration of the technical and environmental requirements of Nantes Métropole;
- Creation of simulations, scenarios and updates of models for the evaluation of environmental objectives;
- Geotechnical design studies G2 and geotechnical execution supervision G4 defined by the NF P 94-500 standard;
- Development and follow-up of regulatory dossiers (building permit, ICPE registration dossier);
- Development of documents related to public procurement;
- Follow-up and control of the proper execution of the works;
- Interface between the contracting authority and the selected construction companies.
