Context
The company SOLITOP, a subsidiary of SARPI Industrie (group Veolia), operates the Saint-Cyr-des-Gâts hazardous waste storage facility (ISDD).
Classified as an installation for the protection of the environment (ICPE) and governed by a prefectural decree, this facility ensures the storage and stabilization of hazardous waste, as well as the post-exploitation monitoring of former OM (household waste) and DIB (industrial waste) storage areas.
With the authorization to operate the site expiring at the end of 2025, SOLITOP has initiated an expansion project to ensure the continuity of operations. The first phase of this project involves the construction of the first two storage units for the new site.
DETAILED MISSIONS
As a Master of Works (MOE), setec énergie environnement ensures the overall management of the project, from the design phase to the follow-up of the completion of the works:
- Execution of project studies (PRO), based on the preliminary projects developed within the framework of the DAEU (single environmental permit application file);
- Assistance in the award of works contracts (ACT);
- Examination of the conformity of the execution studies, including the technical synthesis (VISA);
- Scheduling, management and coordination of work (OPC);
- Direction of the execution of works (DET);
- Assistance for receiving operations (AOR).
